Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what GeoRelay Cloud processes, what is not stored, and how AI summarization requests are handled.

1. Data We Collect

  • Account profile and authentication data (for sign-up, sign-in, and workspace access).
  • Map configuration metadata (map names, webhook keys, display settings, and access controls).
  • Operational service telemetry required for reliability and security.

2. Webhook Payload Data

Webhook payloads are used to render and stream live map updates. GeoRelay does not store webhook payload content at rest and operates as a processing layer for live delivery.

  • Webhook payload content is processed in runtime memory for live visualization.
  • Webhook payload content sent via webhooks is not persisted to long-term storage by the service.
  • You control what data is sent in each webhook payload.

3. AI Data Processing Policy

If AI features are enabled, GeoRelay transmits only payload context required for summarization and inference to your configured AI provider.

  • GeoRelay acts as a processing layer for AI requests.
  • GeoRelay does not store webhook payload content at rest for AI features.
  • AI provider processing is subject to that provider's privacy and data retention policies.

4. Security and Access Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for protecting map URLs, webhook keys, and webhook tokens.
  • Do not expose map URLs publicly unless public access is your intended behavior.
  • Use secure transport and least-privilege operational practices for integration systems.

5. Data Sharing

GeoRelay does not sell webhook payload data. Data may be shared only with infrastructure and AI providers as required to operate the service and only within the scope of the enabled features.

6. Retention

Account and configuration metadata are retained while your account remains active. Retention may continue as needed for security, legal, and contractual compliance.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When material changes are made, the effective date on this page will be updated.
