Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of GeoRelay Cloud, including map URLs, webhook endpoints, and optional AI-powered insights.

Effective Date: March 4, 2026

1. Service Scope

GeoRelay Cloud is a webhook-driven geospatial visualization service. You can create map workspaces, configure secure webhook endpoints, and publish map views for operational monitoring.

2. Account and Access Security

  • You are responsible for your account credentials and all actions performed using your account.
  • You are responsible for protecting generated map URLs, webhook keys, and webhook tokens from unauthorized access.
  • Any map URL shared publicly may be viewed by anyone with that URL, and this distribution risk is your responsibility.

3. Webhook Data Processing

You retain ownership of webhook payload data you send to GeoRelay Cloud. GeoRelay processes payloads to validate, transform, stream, and render live map state as a processing layer.

  • No webhook payload content is stored at rest in GeoRelay Cloud during normal operation.
  • Webhook payload content is processed in runtime memory to deliver live map updates.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your payloads do not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

4. AI Summarization and Inference Policy

When AI features are enabled, GeoRelay acts as an orchestration layer and sends only map payload context needed for summarization and inference to your configured AI provider.

  • GeoRelay does not use your webhook payload content to train proprietary models.
  • GeoRelay does not store webhook payload content at rest as part of AI processing.
  • Provider-side handling is governed by the selected AI provider's terms, privacy terms, and data processing policies.

5. Acceptable Use

  • You may not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse, or unauthorized access attempts.
  • You may not upload malicious payloads intended to disrupt service operation or security.
  • You may not reverse engineer or interfere with service integrity, safeguards, or availability.

6. Availability and Changes

GeoRelay may update features, APIs, and interfaces to improve reliability, security, and product quality. We may change these Terms by publishing an updated version with a new effective date.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoRelay disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Contact

For legal, security, or contractual questions about these Terms, contact GeoRelay Cloud support through your account support channel.

By using GeoRelay Cloud, you acknowledge that map URL and webhook credential management is your responsibility and that webhook payload content is processed for live visualization and optional AI inference.
